Conclusion

                    Most of the graduates from Sunway are aware that there is unemployment in Malaysia, however they are still oblivious to the current unemployment rate, not knowing the severity of this matter will cause issues when they are in the real world. Other than that, graduates have to understand the importance of having a good education and some working skill from the business world because the company are not willing to train new employees as it is a cost towards the company. Fresh graduates have to change their mindset that having a high education qualification does not mean that companies are obligated to pay them with a high salary. Nothing comes easy in this world and you have to strive to achieve what you want. To decrease unemployment among graduates, the Malaysian government should start investing on tertiary sectors. These are services sectors that use the knowledge that graduates have studied. Furthermore, the government have to be a venture capitalist. When graduates are unemployed, they will think of ways to earn a living by starting their own business. Due to the lack of financial capital, government venture capitalist are there to lend money to the public. Venture capitalist believes that it has a long term potential growth as graduates nowadays have many fresh ideas and business plans but do not have the funds to do so.
